GCML Season 14 Race #2 - Hidden Valley (double sprint)

Track download link.
Improved .gdb download link. Extract file and place in the GameData/Locations/HiddenValley folder (overwrite original file)

Race #2 and it's the first double-sprint race of the season. This means that the top 5 of the first race do not qualify in race 2 and hence start at the back of the grid in race 2.

This is a nice track with a good slipstreaming S/F straight but a curvy section where overtaking is difficult. Patience and a good exit onto the S/F straight are the key for overtaking the guy in front.

See you all there!

Isn't that what happened in the first race of the season?

Fun track, seems like you can really lose loads of time if you bodge up the first or last corners...

First practice laps just now. 1:22:3 best time. Great track for trail braking and drifting through the last turn

it would be useful, if you write down some driving line tips&tricks ,, a laptime just won´t tell me that , no matter how i look at it....

Dominiek will become famous soon enough
I won't be able to participate. After the last race I discovered that my throttle didn't go to 100%, I tried to fix that, and -typically- in consequence of that the pedals are now FUBAR. Apparently I have a good chance of getting a free replacement from Logitech but it'll take 1-2 weeks.

hey dominiek , in case u haven´t send your pedals out already and use xp ,, this tool might help http://www.wingmanteam.com/latest_so...DX%20Tweak%202

it lets u adjust your axxis,, so if your pedal doesnt go 100% ,,this helps !!!!

... i was hoping for another battle for last tonite .... everybody can start from the back,, not everybody can finish there

Thanks, but ever since I unleashed my extensive technical expertise on them, both pedals give a very constant output of.... 0% . They're screwed.

As soon as 250SWB joined I had a loop and was forced to leave. Tried to rejoin but couldn't. Not sure what car he has but it is causing a problem
